Service Description
Personalize your order by placing a commission. These projects allow customers to match their pottery order to their unique aesthetic needs. Work directly with me to review your design ideas and create a personalized body of work. A 30% commission fee will be charged on top of the value of the requested works. Non refundable 50% of the order is due up front, the other 50% of the project will be due at the end of the project. Timelines are flexible depending on the nature of the project. Additional fees may be added to orders that go beyond the initial scope of work.
Cancellation Policy
Once a workshop is booked and paid for, a $50 non-refundable cancellation fee will be retained, unless cancellation occurs on the day of the workshop, in which case no refund is available. Workshops are always transferable to a different date/time if needed.
